GOD OF FERTILITY

An Artist Who Goes to Earth..He ignites fire in his own state toward it, and from its ash commences its features and its topographies. At once shaping and being shaped, in the hue of the secluded recluse – the ascetic in vigilant observation of its most crucial furrows and its human sails, from dance to the gravedigger, and from the martyr of memory to the reality of life’s vocations.His obsession is the homeland of his childhood, in its extension over the squares of observation and play. He traverses through forms and palpates them, then withdraws as a pursuer to perceive the unity of action in the fragment and the symbol, and the unity of the eye in the indications of movement, and their significations upon the universality of the unity of parts and work. Therein, form becomes immersed with its own shadow, directions extend, and pigments coalesce beneath a rainbow of incinerated grays, rendered at one time by paper, and at another by vertical extension and the horizon of imagination.Works that have extended to become a myth of pure act, for a wall that ignites with blackness, rippling with bodies, forms merging into one another, magnifying little by little, through which silence launches itself into narratives of reality and history, whose heritage bears witness to its origins and whose sorrowful references are the earth itself. It is the tale of the earth and the epic of man therein, forming itself in the depth of our reality as language and as topographical formulations, for a geography of art that recites its own civilization, with the specificity of the gushing cloud, and the pupil of the bird, and the very quintessence of what coexists with religion from ethnicities of accustomed intimacy and history

فنان يذهب إلى الأرض ..
يشعل النار فى حالته اليها، ويبدأ من رماده ملامحها وتضاريسها، يتشكل ويشكل بلون العاكف المعتكف – الزاهد فى الرصد لأهم أخاديدها وأشرعتها الانسانية، من الرقص إلى حفار القبور ومن شهيد الذاكرة إلى واقع مهن الحياة .هاجسه وطن طفولته، فى الامتداد على ساحات الرصد واللعب، يتنقل فى الأشكال ويلامسها، ثم ينسحب ملاحقاً ليرى وحدة الفعل فى الجزء والرمز ووحدة العين فى اشارات الحركة، ودلالاتها على كونية وحدة الأجزاء والعمل، ينغمس بها الشكل مع ظله، وتمتد الجهات، وتتحد الأصباغ تحت قوس قزح رماديات محترقة، يحيلها الورق تارة، وامتداد الشاقولى وأفق الخيال تارة أخرى .أعمال أمتدت لتكون أسطورة من فعل، لجدار يشتعل بالسواد، تموج به أجساد، وتتماهى أشكال، تتعاظم شيئاً فشيئاً، ينطلق بها الصمت إلى حكايات واقع وتاريخ ، تشهد التراث أصولها والأرض مراجعها الحزينة، أنها حكاية الأرض وملحمة الأنسان بها، تتشكل على عمق واقعنا لغة وصياغات طبوغرافية، لجغرافية فن يتلو حضارته، بخصوصية السحاب الدافق، وقرة الطائر، ومهجة ما يعاصر الدين من أثنيات معهودة الإلفة والتاريخ
