Narrative styles and components vary, for they adopt different perspectives as far as time and space are concerned. Narratives tackle different forms of culture, both tangible and intangible, and use different media for they can be visual, auditory, or musical and can be in poetry or prose. Visual narrative is one of the main forms of artistic production where the image becomes the foundation of narrative structure and the channel through which meanings and symbols are conveyed. It is through the image that an imaginary world in which cultural components merge with subjective motifs is created and different narrative techniques are utilized to portray people, places, and nature. Different components of visual culture are also used so that the narrative mirrors the surroundings by which the artist is inspired and reflects the cultural and social context in which the work was created.
